Claims handlers or financial advisors - you provide the advice to the clients over the telephone then use UKLA to visit your clients with a face to face appointment.
Appointments are booked using a web based portal at the client's convenience with a minimum of 3 hours notice.
You upload any documents to the portal once the appointment has been booked.
