Setting up my freelance credit control business has been slow going as I was given a huge task to reduce the debt owed by one company down from $50m. Management decided to drip feed me information instead of giving me all the tools and training. The whole process has taken far longer than I expected but since I as given full access at the start of January and taking into account the customer pays on 60days I have got good results coming through and I have forecast payments of $25m in the month of March alone.
