In these uncertain times and with the health of all employees being the most important thing when returning to your place of work, one question? Is the building ready to be reoccupied.
If you are unsure of the building condition then it clearly isn't ready. What do you then do moving forwards as to making sure your premises are fit for use as the return phases change? We havent even mentioned litigation yet, as staff may become ill and due to poor conditions or no strategy to make sure the workplace is as safe as possible may blame the company and take legal action.
If you are unsure of how to even start looking at returning to a premises and what precautions, procedures and improvements need to be made plus your legal obligations, we are happy to advise and help. We are assisting many of our clients in returning to work in a safe and organised way with written policies and new procedures and improved maintenance to make sure staff are as safe as possible.
