Today I was asked “ What’s holding you back?”

After one whole minute in silence here’s what came up for me.

Here’s the one of thought (which sometimes is on replay!)…

“What will people think of me”.

“What will people think of me” is a sentence in my brain.

A sentence in my brain coming from a place of thinking…

I’m not “good enough”.

A sentence in my brain coming from a place of feeling…

Frustrated.

A sentence in many of my clients brains.

A sentence in your brain perhaps?

Here’s the thing…

For the first time in my life through coaching I’ve learnt to ACCEPT this thought and the mind drama that comes with it.

Through coaching I’ve learnt to ACCEPT that this thought means I’m growing.

Though coaching I’ve learnt to ACCEPT that this thought means I’m levelling up my skills.

Though coaching I’ve learnt to ACCEPT that this thought means I’m serving and contributing.

AND continue to do so…!

Our mind and emotions are involved in everything we do.

Learning how to manage them is the best thing we can ever do for ourselves.

I help you manage your mind so you can manage everything else.
