30 Insightful Questions To Boost Self-Awareness

Why not give yourself a gift today...?

The Outcome:

Completing this super insightful reflection exercise will result in renewed clarity and confidence about who it is you truly are right now. The goal of this exercise (or gift) isn't to answer immediately, or to have a perfectly formulated response to each question, it’s an empowering exercise for you to think, feel and reconnect with yourself without any judgement! I’d invite you to just reflect, noticing what comes for you. Capture it, learn from it, and enjoy re-introducing yourself to current self.

I like to think of self-awareness as the precursor to choice, in everything we choose to do. It’s therefore so important to take quality time to reflect on knowing who you truly are and how you choose to intentionally show up.

I complete this exercise a couple of times a year to check in with myself and notice how I’ve progressed from my previous reflections. It also enables me to reconnect and stay close to who I truly am!

“We cannot change what we are NOT aware of, and once we are aware we cannot help but change” -- Sheryl Sandberg.

Instructions:

Simply grab a pen and paper, some quality reflective time (60mins or so) and space. If you can, I highly recommend taking yourself to a different, more relaxed or creative environment, ideally somewhere you’ll feel at ease and won’t get disturbed.

Ask yourself these 30 questions to boost your self-awareness:
