You know the feeling right!? I love it!
In the past, if I had this I’d think, OMG I need to write this down somewhere or I’ll forget, almost a minor panic!
Now, I simply enjoy the insight in moment, which generally creates a massive smile on my face, and out loud, I say to myself, “you’re a genius”. LOL!
And guess what, I don’t forget the insight, in fact it becomes clearer, AND I feel amazing about it. A minor shift in thinking! The brain believes what we let it.
Our brain is a magical marvellous machine. Though it may be out of sight and small, there is plenty to notice and plenty of room for a lifetime of smashing thoughts.
***Fill it with empowering, energising and impactful thoughts.
***Fill it with questions, queries and curiosity.
***Fill it with laughter, learning and love.
Just like a walnut in looks, in nuttiness, and in nutrition, fuel your brain with thoughts to serve you.
