“Go to positive” (in an Indian accent).
For me this meant finding the positive in everything.
It meant inviting my brain to change my thinking about that thing consuming me at that time.
“GO TO POSITIVE” continues to be a mantra in my head on replay.
The subtle yet empowering build to mum’s “go to positive” one linear I’ve realised over the years is…
We’re not trying to become good at positive thinking.
We’re trying to become good at noticing our thoughts,
and feel our feelings.
BEFORE taking action…TO CREATE the results we want.
Read that again.
The extra magic to mum’s one linear is in the “going to” element of “go to positive”.
“BEING” positive all the time with everything life brings is quite a concept (unless you’re a monk perhaps?).
“GOING to” positive all the time with everything life brings is all about living in possibility, and where I believe deep inner belief is created.
I get so excited about where we’re going to take our brain, today, tomorrow, next week, next month, this year to achieve what we really want…
And it all starts with just ONE thought!
What’s yours?

What I do is what I believe, and what I believe is, our thoughts create our results.
I thought if I over delivered and outperformed I’d be recognised and successful.
