Any thought is totally normal.
It's the meaning you give the thought that counts.

Here’s a practice I use to enquire about any thought.
Pause and notice, by saying...
“I am noticing the thought that _______________ (fill in the blank).
And then ask yourself…
Is this thought moving me towards who I want to be right now?
Or
Is this thought moving me away from who I want to be right now?
With this insight decide your next best move.

You are not your thoughts unless you choose them.
Be the thinker.
Believe in the thinker.
BE the thinker, on purpose.
BELIEVE in the thinker, on purpose.
