Consulting is more than just providing expert advice in a professional field. Consulting the art of strategy implementation after identifying issues, gaps, and risks. As a consultant, I go a step further.
What Consulting is
As a HR consultant, I go a step further. I work with my clients to identify opportunities for development and growth. I do this by not just applying my own knowledge and expertise, but by also carrying out research and investigations, problem-solving and offering informed solutions backed by insight and trends from previous employment issues, and issues which are at risk of evolving.
It's not just about "issues" or "gaps". It's about leveraging the workforce and skill set to improve the overall business performance by way of reduced sickness absence costs, improved retention rates and better retention points.
