It’s a lack of leadership + no accountability issue.

Lazy employees will lazy anywhere.

The real issue: No ownership, no accountability.

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝘇𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀:
🛑 No Clear Goals: Vague tasks lead to excuses.
🛑 No Follow-Up: When no one checks, no one cares.
🛑 Lack of Feedback: Without feedback, effort feels pointless.
🛑 Blame Culture: Fear kills initiative.
