Often, something is working, a process, system, service or way of working, but only because people are remembering, checking, chasing, interpreting or working around gaps behind the scenes.
NDPP helps make that hidden work visible. We investigate what is happening, identify the conditions creating difficulty or unnecessary effort, and turn that understanding into practical recommendations and requirements for better decisions and change.
Where organisations already have credible evidence and understanding, NDPP can work from that rather than starting again, helping clarify what needs to change, what the change needs to achieve, and what should guide implementation.
Our work can include organisational and systems advisory, workflow and service improvement, change and implementation review, neurodiversity at work, learning and development, and early challenge of new products, services and systems.
