The project involved mapping the myriad of training requirements across the various employees. You might think that with 'only' 3 official job roles/titles, the training requirements would be quite straightforward or even the same/similar per role but sadly not!
Hundreds of variants and combinations resulted in a very complex training matrix, with dozens of training providers and different training renewal/refresher dates.
After months of reviewing processes and requirements, we worked with the client to standardise the data provided before importing in bulk into a SaaS platform for real time reporting.
This allowed historical reporting as well as future planning and predicting demand for training courses based on renewal dates.
