A huge congratulations to our international cohort of learners from Edgewell Personal Care on completing their 6-workshop Foundation Academy programme, facilitated by Lianne (Li) Russell.
The last cohort of learners from 2024-2025 season came together from the UK, USA, Italy, Germany, Czech Republic and France to virtually build not just skills but real connections with colleagues they wouldn’t normally get the opportunity to meet. One of the big advantages to virtual learning.
Together, they explored communicating with impact, creating high-performing teams, building resilience, and moving forward as transformational leaders…and so much more!
The interaction, energy, and willingness to learn from one another truly made this feel like a global family of learners.
From kicking off the first workshop to celebrating at Graduation Day alongside Edgewell HR Director, Jean-Baptiste Fournier, this group showed incredible commitment every step of the way. We couldn’t be prouder.
