Our Head of Apprenticeships Karen Mellor and Recruitment & Compliance Manager Julie Taylor visited the OneAdvanced offices in Birmingham to catch up with our Account Manager Ryan Brown and Sales Director, Matt Tidmarsh.
The team explored how the Basic and Key Skills Builder (BKSB), a platform used to assess and strengthen essential skills in English, maths, and ICT will be integrated into our onboarding process. They participated in hands-on training and discussions to understand how BKSB identifies each learner’s current skill level and generates tailored learning plans to support individual upskilling.
Karen and Julie also got an exciting first look at the brand-new OneAdvanced Education Analytics platform.
