We're closing the Summer months down and stepping into Autumn by taking a moment to celebrate the incredible milestones that shaped our calendar Quarter Three. Here is a smidgen of what the team got up to, we hope you have followed us along the way:
• New Level 7 Senior Leader and Level 5 Coaching Professional cohorts kicking off between now and the end of the year. Visit https://welltraining.co.uk/apprenticeships/ to see what these programmes stand for
• We celebrated the CMI L7 completions of NANT - Water Safety Specialists joint Managing Directors, Carl Baker and Richard Deakin, true role models who are setting the bar high by practising what they preach and putting learning at the heart of their company’s growth
• We delivered first-class training to both apprenticeship and commercial learners, developing their practical skills, taking them one step closer to achieving their programme results
• We graduated learners from Cobra Coffee as they completed their last IGNITE Store Manager session. We said goodbye to the 2024–25 cohort (but hello to the 2025-26 cohort!).
• We celebrated the final cohort of the 2024–25 training season, as our Foundation Academy learners from Edgewell Personal Care graduated by proudly showcasing the real impact of their programme
• We introduced the very first Learner Champions at WELL, voted by the WELL team. Our nominated learners loved it. A clear reminder that their hard work never goes unnoticed!

• And beyond the classroom, we stood with causes that matter, proudly supporting Samaritans Big Listen and raising awareness for hashtag#SuicideAwarenessMonth.
