I am a CIMA qualified senior Finance professional who has spent over 20 years working with and supporting Functional & Operational teams (with a foucs towards Sales and Marketing) as well as C-Suite/Board-level members, providing timely, accurate and insightful analysis to drive the business forward across the Retail, FMCG, Telecoms and Technology sectors but with the transferable skills am happy to work in most sectors and company sizes.

Created a new budgeting and forecasting process, from scratch, for the first time in their 10 year history for the group subsidiaries including Telecoms, restaurants, travel agencies, property services and airlines.
o Developed a presentation and a written guide to assist and support the respective Board Members and their Heads of Department as well as Country Managers to complete the Budget templates in Local Currency with a central template to translate these submissions into the central reporting currency (Euro)

· Devised a new business case review process for looking at new campaigns and ensuring pricing / margin analysis was in correct proportion in collaboration with the marketing team

· Worked on the going concern audit ensuring that the forecast models for the mobile group and consolidated holding company were in the newly designed format and reflecting market analysis and associated risks
