Summary
I have specialised in medical aesthetics and functional medicine for 25 years. working primarly with women.As my practice evolved I realised how many of my patients were chronically sleep deprived, so my area of expertise has grown to help women who suffer from on going menopause sleep deprivation to conistently sleep properly and live the best years of their lives by taking them through an 8 week sleep and life coaching programme.
I typically work with career women and help them to gain better control of their lives, their career performance and their relationships- because when they sleep properly they live a fuller and healthier life.
I also provide corporate staff coaching for companies who recognise and value the health and wellbing of their staff.
