I am a experienced, specialist employment lawyer. My clients include employers, from owner managed businesses to international plc's. I provide advice in relation to all HR and employment law matters, and regularly represent clients in the Employment Tribunal. I also advise senior executives, typically on entering or exiting employment relationships.
I believe in a simple approach; giving clear legal advice that fits with the commercial reality of the situation. I work with clients to understand their businesses, so that my advice is relevant, commercial and helps to achieve their objectives.
