With over 20 years of business experience as a Human Resources Executive, I have hired and coached hundreds of established and emerging leaders.
Starting out in Executive Search, I moved my career to the Human Resources function and gained a reputation for developing “fit for purpose” solutions that were designed to help both people and businesses thrive.
After wrapping up an incredible run as Chief People Officer at an engineering consulting firm in Canada, I moved home to Chelmsford and took the plunge into entrepreneurship, starting my own Leadership Coaching Consultancy.
My focus is and has always been about making businesses better through people.
