I’m a finance professional with over two decades of experience working across both industry and accountancy practice. Throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation for being hands-on, dependable, and solution-focused — someone who can step into complex environments, quickly identify what’s not working, and put the right processes in place.
I’ve always believed that a strong finance function is about more than just numbers; it’s about clarity, structure, and giving business owners the confidence to lead without second-guessing their financial position.
At its core, a finance function is made up of three pillars:

• Compliance – ensuring all legal and tax obligations are met
• Advisory – using financial insight to guide smarter business decisions
I’ve trained teams, supported junior staff, and helped countless businesses get their systems and reporting into shape. I bring a practical mindset, a people-first approach, and a real understanding of the day-to-day pressures founders face. You’ll often find me dining out with friends—SHARING LAUGHS, STORIES, and maybe one too many desserts.
I love the peaceful escape of FISHING by a lake, where the world slows down just enough to think clearly (or not think at all).
My favourite adventures, though, are the ones I share with my children—whether it’s EXPLORING NEW PLACES or turning everyday outings into unforgettable memories
