Recent legislation changes to The Code have made it so that the Landlords of telecoms masts receive less annual rent and less favourable terms in their leases.
Primarily, we offer telecom landlords the opportunity to capitalise on the passive rent streams they receive from the operators, which means they have the option to take a significant upfront capital payment, and TIP take over the management of the telecom lease (and any associated risks of rent reductions or lease terminations) for an agreed period.
