I’m the managing director and majority shareholder of a company; we trade as an organization called Transfur Animals. We help people relocate their pets around the world.

I was working with one of the directors in a previous company of his, and when he joined Global Search, he invited me to come along, and I moved across to them.

We started working together in July 2016, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I get monthly reports from them for SEO and PPC, and we have improved despite the COVID-19 pandemic.

How did Global Search Marketing Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

We try to get together 2–3 times a year because we live on opposite sides of the country.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The relationship that we have with the company is what stands out the most. They're great people that understand and do what we want.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could give us a lower price, but I don't think they can improve on anything other than that.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend they get in touch with Global Search Marketing. In my experience, we could get around the table, tell us what they can do, tell them what we want, and try to accommodate everything we need and vice versa. Working with them feels like a real partnership, rather than just a straight commercial relationship.
