Laura is an incredible resource! When I was at RetailMeNot Laura and I developed a European programme to support our new and upcoming managers with skills they would need to move to the next level. Called Management Express, Laura delivered a tailored event which enabled our managers to step out of the day to day, focus on what they needed for their next career step, and with that knowledge go back to the day to day armed with new confidence, a toolkit of quick wins, and an appetite for the challenges ahead. A few months later we worked on a series of Bite Size events, capturing the immediate needs and gaps we were facing to support our growing teams. It gave the teams the flexibility to drop in on the events they needed support on, fitting around their schedules and their work priorities. Laura has also working on specialist training for specific groups, helping them work on team dynamics, communication and responsibility. And did I mention she also delivered our events in French? ! would highly recommend her approach, professionalism and style. Like I said, she is an incredible resource!

Laura worked with us to build a management training programme which would set the foundation for all people managers within Audio Network. Having such a range of managers (some new, and some not so new!) from all departments around the globe, we needed to ensure everyone was on the same page.
