Waterhead Academy instructed The Utility Forum to do some historical bill checking on our
electricity, gas and water bills in August 2013.

They successfully found refunds in excess of £25,000 as well as saving us significant amounts
of money going forward and improving cash flow. The Utility Forum worked in a
professional and personable manner and when they were presented with the opportunity of
making life difficult, they worked with the Academy to achieve an outcome that all parties
were happy with which we know would not always be the case with some other companies.

Communication was very good and they regularly updated us as to where the project was
up to. They also summarised their findings into a report as explained at our first meeting.
