Happy 1st birthday To The Gut Intuition A whole year already? Where did it go? It has been a year of ups and downs, changes, meeting some interesting people, lots of creativity, action action action and more ups and downs and that's the whole point of it..... It's a rollercoaster ride of emotions... the highs and lows and I've absolutely enjoyed it so far.... I remember in my first business I deep down didn't really enjoy the whole yo yo effect of running a business initially..... I just wanted things to be steady, straight & safe. But I've very quickly learned that's not progression that's stagnation That's the flat beat line you would get if you were dead.... there's no change, there's no growth or learning anything new to move forward and of course it's just not fun.... You are well and truly alive when the heart line is a zig zag, you got the growth spurts and then down times full of lessons to implement and take action on Think about this with your health, career, jobs, business, relationships...
