It's hard isn't it, pulling all sorts of facial expressions at the same time!
You see way back when, I use to get quite hung up on my professional label and even more so when people would get it wrong! I use to think is that what he/she saw me as? It would frustrate me a lot and i wasted a lot of time and missed the bigger picture!
The bigger picture being communicating across and being a solution to people's health challenges! Not hung up on a label.
I remember learning how to swim from a colleague who was not a swimming instructor but fully understood my fear and spoke to me in a way that i could absorb, apply and action in my own pace!
You see it all starts with a conversation with two ears actively listening and providing some simple guidance to what could be the next best step for you.
Have you seen doctors, specialists, surgeons etc and have gotten nowhere still?
