I had to have knee surgery after a ski accident a couple of years ago, which resulted in me steadily putting on 2 stone over that time. I was exercising as part of bike ride training and rehab for my knee but not seeing results, so I contacted Nancy. She took me through each area very methodically to pin point where I can improve my weight loss opportunities, which resulted in me losing 2 inches from my hips and getting back into my old jeans, I was delighted! Now I hope to get back into my old ski gear when I finally get to ski again in March, I can't wait. Nancy teaches lots of different methods to capitalise on improvements in a variety of ways, so you don't have to feel restricted.
