A very passionate people person, Jason engages his clients to maximise their business potential. His unique approach empowers his clients to utilise their key skills and strengths to tackle the obstacles which are holding them back.

His positive impact on business performance is evidenced by the number of clients embracing change and developing to take up leadership roles and impact strategic planning; while developing a positive culture of teamwork, and inspiring everyone to build their own capabilities and be the best they can.

With a background in retail, Jason worked his way up from a management trainee with Debenhams to become a senior manager with House of Fraser, driving sales and customer service. He then moved to Tesco, taking on the role of People Manger, with responsibilities for strategic store growth, people development and ensuring a good customer experience.

Within these positions, Jason strived to develop the capabilities of team members to deliver exemplary customer service and create a culture where they felt they had a great place to work, with respect, recognition and reward for contributions made.

Outside of the commercial environment, Jason and his family are Foster Carers with Stockport Council, taking on the social responsibility of supporting vulnerable children and helping them to develop their confidence and self-esteem. This role demands a high level of training to support the complex needs of the children in their care.
Jason also uses his skills and expertise to run a local Beaver Scout Group, which brings benefits to both the children in the group and in the wider community - achieving an understanding of reward and recognition, and helping them to be the best.
